Thanksgiving in North America is also an opportunity to gather with family and relatives. Wednesday before Thanksgiving and the Sunday which is the last day of Thanksgiving is the busiest days for air transportation, rail, intercity buses, and highways.
The day after
Thanksgiving is the day Friday, the so-called
Black Friday, which marks the start of the Christmas shopping season. Most shops are open from early morning (usually from the hours of 05.00 am), and sell goods with a system loss on sale / clearance for buyers to come. So-called Black Friday because the day is when they changed the balance sheet from the red (losing money) to black (profit). Large stores such as electronics stores, Supermal, and the like are usually full of people queuing to buy stuff since Thursday afternoon.
